All of our impacted cloud products have returned to normal operating status.
We will continue to monitor the services closely and will report if anything changes.

Update
We continue to monitor AWS for resolution to our impacted services. We are seeing some signs of recovery, but AWS still has no ETA for full resolution. To see the current status updates directly from AWS, use this link. https://status.aws.amazon.com

Identified
The issue has been identified with a 3rd party vendor (AWS) and we are waiting for them to correct their issue to restore services. No ETA is known at this time.
